Let’s work on work … together.
I'm Rebecca Warren — a talent acquisition expert, workforce strategist, customer champion, AI-fluent thought leader with a POV. I've built work from scratch, rebuilt work that wasn't working, and keep asking “why” and “what” and “how” along the way. Whether the work needs designing or disrupting, I’m ready.
Hi. I'm Rebecca. 👋
I took improv classes once. The first rule is "Yes, AND" — you never shut down what someone brings to the scene, you build on it. Turns out that's how I've always worked. Before I knew it had a name, I was already living it.
I notice patterns. I find the gaps — or they find me. My roles were never just the job description. They were always the job description AND.
Nearly two decades across talent acquisition, customer success, and workforce transformation — spanning CPG, telecom, agri-business, retail, restaurants, fitness, and beauty. Different industries, same thread: show up, find the gap, build the thing, move to the next one.
The last chapter: first customer success hire at an AI-native startup with zero CS background. Then a newly created talent transformation team figuring out the value-added work as we went along. The Talent Table - a webinar series that I turned into something entirely my own. Over 2 years, 28 hours of conversation, 50+ leaders, my name inextricably tied to it.
At the end of April 2026, my role at Eightfold AI was eliminated in a reorganization. Which means I'm currently standing at the beginning of the next Yes, AND.
Outside of the worky-work
I love spending time with family and friends, exploring in my FJ (never a j***!), writing and facilitating murder mysteries, bike rides and hikes, house projects, cooking, and travel. Building community and giving back has always been a way of life.
I don't have all the answers. I'm suspicious of people who think they do. What I have is curiosity that doesn't quit, experience in more areas than most people expect, opinions on just about everything, and an unending enthusiasm for finding the better way through.
I prefer the road less traveled. Always have. There's usually better scenery, and way more interesting problems to solve out there.
Host and moderator of The Talent Table - a monthly live podcast style series reaching senior HR, AI, and transformation leaders across global enterprises.
